    Wendy had her intriguing and mind-blowing experiences with AcroYoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing in her 30s and her keen sense of curiosity and passion led her to a journey of deep learning and exploration to answer her calling.

    All 3 amazing modalities have given her the opportunity to not only ground and heal but also listening to her heart, inner dialogue and hearing that still quiet voice within. She embodies the understanding that to heal others we must first heal ourselves. This healing of the self comes from a willingness to see, feel and listen to the messages within. It simply just came into her life at the right moment when she needed it and ready to receive the teachings. She left the corporate marketing role that she played for more than 17 years and has never looked back since. As she dwelled deeper into her Yoga practice, Reiki and Sound Healing learnings, she discovered that they can be combined to be a very powerful healing and transformative tool! From that point of bliss, she feels greater joy is experienced by giving, and receiving in return. This is the gift Wendy wishes and is excited to share with the world.

    Wendy is the first person in Singapore to introduce and offer Sound Healing or Sound Bath using the harmonic Therapy Harp, she is also trained in Crystal Bowls and Gong Sound Healing with Space2b. She is certified in First, Second and Third Degree in Usui System of Reiki with The Reiki Centre and she also attained her AcroYoga Level 1 accreditation with the prestigious AcroYoga International.

    Why I practice meditation:

    I mediate to ground myself, listen to my heart and my honest voice to engage an earnest dialogue with my inner self. Amidst the busy and crazy schedule, it is always good to find peace and quality ‘me’ time”, so as to benefit spiritually, emotionally and physically.

    Why I teach meditation:

    Good things are meant to share! I always find it very fulfilling to help someone connect more deeply to his or her own internal wisdom, and guide him or her safely through challenges as they arise. Especially when I have personally experienced the profound effects in my own life from mediating, I am simply eager to share the practice with as many people as possible.

    What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

    It is a very encompassing shelter that welcomes anyone and everyone to bask in its positive energy and vibes without any judgement. It is perfect humble safe haven for people to recharge, rest and break from their hectic lifestyle in search of tranquility and inner peace.

    What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

    Being able to be happy and content with what I have, being grateful to people around me and to offer any form of assistance within my means. I think it is important to remind ourselves not to take things for granted, to stay positive, thankful and focus with what we own and not what we don’t.
