    Background:

    Tiffany, Founder of Mind Body Shine, is an Australian-trained naturopath and nutritionist who is certified by the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). She is also recognised by the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Centre for Mindfulness to conduct and deliver their Mindful Eating Conscious Living (MECL) Program.

    Tiffany’s work has taken her around the globe and she has consulted in Australia, Maldives, Thailand and Singapore.  With a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment, Tiffany combines different techniques to ensure the best outcome for each patient depending on their assessments and treatment history. Specialising with passion in family health, allergies, digestive issues, women wellness and stress, weight and chronic disease management, her recommendations may include dietary and lifestyle modifications and natural therapeutics like nutritional supplements, medicinal herbs and homeopathy.

    Tiffany is also much sought after as a presenter on nutrition and mindful eating topics with corporate clients like Aveda, Google, VISA, PayPal, OCBC, Singapore Airlines, CitiBank and LinkedIn.

    Why I practice meditation:

    In the midst of this whirlwind we call Life, meditation helps me to find the courage to follow my passion, live my purpose and arrive at where I am meant to be.

    To live simply is to develop an attitude of gratitude, of counting our blessings instead of focusing on what we think we lack. My heart is so full that there is no need for more.
