    Tiffany is a passionate advocate for vibrant, radiant and conscious living, eating and breathing! Tiffany shares vibrantly about food, tea, mindful eating, mindfulness, detox and cleansing and much more in Singapore and through her public profile.

    An excellent Australian-trained naturopath and nutritionist specialising in weight-loss, chronic disease and family health, and founder of her own practice Mind Body Shine, Tiffany has been featured in a myriad of international integrated health resorts and clinics since 2005, including world-renowned establishments like Chiva Som Thailand, Conrad Maldives, ESPA at Resorts World Sentosa, Verita Wellness and Balanced Living.

    She has a special love for mind-body connection, and a personal mindfulness practice and approach to all aspects of life. Tiffany also practices Reiki and is the first in Asia to train in and offer the University of California San Diego (UCSD)’s Mindful Eating Conscious Living course. She runs regular mindfulness workshops and retreats and is a content creator for the mindfulness app MindFi.

    In the midst of this whirlwind we call Life, meditation helps me to find the courage to follow my passion, live my purpose and arrive at where I am meant to be.

    To live simply is to develop an attitude of gratitude, of counting our blessings instead of focusing on what we think we lack. My heart is so full that there is no need for more.
