    REGINA

    Classes taught at SPACE 2B:
    Kundalini Yoga, Gongs
    Background:

At the age of 15, Regina had the first experience of the state of PRESENT at her weekly meditative session in the school hall. When she was 21 years old, stepping onto the yoga mat for the first time, she connected to the innate awareness and stillness that was much needed to balance the 5 days working life as a young adult.

In her 20s and 30s, she went on participating actively in motivational and transformational coaching of the human mind. Throughout her corporate marketing and sales role, she met people from all walks of life and found the encounters all encompassing into her life purpose now of the importance of integrating the body, mind and spirit.

Since 2011, Regina has delved fully to work with children and adult through a holistic approach using yogic movement, meditative practice, and creative expression. Entering a sanctuary space fusing elements of Kundalini yoga and breathwork, silent meditation, creative and sound healing, sensory integration and Zen Buddhism, her sessions bring home a therapeutic bliss to honor the light within us all.

Having been a constant companion for the past 20 years, I get to listen to myself during those time and I allow my body to be in its natural state of creativity and circulating flow. I know I will do it
    until old age.” Yogini Regina
