    Background:

Jeremy is an integrative depth work practitioner and the founder of The Cave Collective, where he facilitates psychological and somatic integration through the practices of Psychological Astrology, Parts Work (IFS), and Innerdance. His work is grounded in the traditions of depth psychology and inner alchemy, supporting individuals in meeting the exiled, fragmented, and forgotten parts of their psyche with compassion and curiosity. Through a symbolic and archetypal lens, his sessions open a path toward individuation—a return to wholeness by integrating the shadow.

Why I practice Psychological Astrology, Parts Work (IFS), and Innerdance:

Jung once wrote that “to live a symbolic life” is to see the outer world as reflective of the inner one. Much of what we call fate is, in truth, a projection of our unconscious—patterns we repeat not because we choose them, but because we do not yet see them. That insight became the foundation of my work.

Psychological Astrology first opened the door for me. It gave me a framework to recognize ancestral wounds and emotional patterns that I had unknowingly inherited. Through the chart, I began to reparent myself, rewrite old narratives, and transform the way I related to my family and personal relationships. But while I valued Astrology’s symbolic depth, I never resonated with its predictive lens. To assume a predicable future is to presume that nothing about the past has changed and will continue to inform the future. My practice centers instead on the potential for transformation—on how interpreting archetypal symbols can illuminate choice, healing, and conscious change.

Over time, I noticed that Astrology—though powerful—was still largely cognitive. It brought awareness, but not always integration. That led me to study Parts Work (IFS), which offered a more somatic, bottom-up approach. It helped me and my clients connect with the Exiled and Protector Parts reflected in the chart—those who carry the stories, fears, and burdens of survival. Through this work, the psyche began to soften, reorganize, and come home to itself.

Innerdance entered my path as the bridge between sound, body, and dreaming. It offered a way to access the unconscious beyond words and language—entraining the brain into REM-like states where symbolic material could arise naturally. Together, these three practices allow me to hold space for both the seen and unseen, the personal and transpersonal, the story and the silence. They form the pillars of how I support others in returning to the truth of who they are beneath the conditioning.

What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

When I think about Space, I think about the cultivation of a Witness Consciousness—a state of awareness that observes without judgment, listens without attachment, and allows without needing to change held within. Within this field, all Parts are welcome—no emotion is too much, no response is wrong, and nothing needs to be exiled or fixed in order to belong.

Which is why Space to Be is not just a physical container or location. I conceive of it as a frequency—a remembrance of what it means to be Whole. When embodied, it becomes a state that others can co-regulate with and attune into. It’s a kind of energetic permission that says: you are welcome as you are.

What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

To “Live Simply” is not about minimalism or austerity—it is the natural result of aligning with what is truly essential.

When we finally align with our deepest Self, we begin to see that many of the things we once chased—approval, safety through control, performance—were strategies born from survival.

Which is why to “living simply” means letting go of what no longer carries the same charge or necessity as before. It’s the quiet clarity that arises when we are no longer driven by our self-preservative needs, but guided by a deeper knowing of who we are and what truly matters.
