    Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises(TRE®)

    Trained in Positive Psychology, Jenn practices mindfulness and breathwork meditation.

    After attending a Tension and Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®️) class at Space2B in 2018,she was curious and interested in this ‘no talk therapy’.
    Amazed by how our body can shake off the tension in a natural and safe method, she researched and read books by David Berceli, Gabor Mate and Bessel Van Der Kolk.

    Being a TRE provider, she enjoys experimenting methods and tools to help her clients heal. Besides working in adults, she enjoys using TRE to help teens.

    Why I practice TRE®:

    TRE gives me the freedom to engage in my healing journey. It is an amazing ‘no talk’ therapy to heal at a rate your body is comfortable.
    It is a natural process that I can use to release my body tension particularly useful when I travel.

    Why I teach TRE®:

    TRE is Love at first shake for me. It makes me fall in love with myself.

    TRE is for everyone who needs a self help tool to release tension. It is also a heart to heart therapy that no words need to be spoken.
