    Indita is a creative enthusiast with a business management education background whose journey has been a blend of creativity, curiosity, and connection. From a young age, she was always drawn to the arts and creative endeavors, from music to writing stories and theater performances. Growing up in Indonesia, she found joy in exploring different facets of creativity. As she got older, this passion evolved into an interest in marketing and business, where she could blend her creative instincts with strategic thinking. Pursuing an international double degree in Marketing & Business Management in Indonesia and Taiwan opened her eyes to different cultures and taught her the importance of adaptability and understanding diverse perspectives.

    Traveling has always been a significant part of Indita’s life. The desire to learn about new cultures and connect with people from different backgrounds led her to solo travel across cities and countries. Each journey enriched her understanding of the world and herself, making her more open-minded and appreciative of diverse beauty. This love for travel and new experiences also sparked her interest in mindfulness and self-discovery. Indita realized that each journey, whether external or internal, teaches her something new about herself. Embracing mindfulness helps her stay present and truly appreciate moments of growth and connection.

    Indita’s journey into the virtual assistant field and her role as the studio lead at Space2B reflect her desire to help and support others. She finds immense fulfillment in making a positive impact, even through small gestures. Helping people ease their workloads and achieve their goals feels like her life purpose, a way to bring genuine support and care to others. This journey aligns perfectly with her passion for self-development and mindfulness. Continuously striving to grow, learn, and connect more deeply with herself and the world around her helps Indita stay grounded and focused on what truly matters. She is now very happy to be part of the Space2B team, contributing to its growth and success while fostering a supportive and thriving environment.

    What inspired you to become a studio lead?

    I’ve always loved creating environments where people feel supported and can reach their full potential. Knowing that I can make a positive impact through a leadership role and management, where I can create a nurturing and supportive environment for both the team and our clients, inspired me to take on the role of studio lead. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see others thrive and grow in a space I help cultivate.

    What drives your purpose in this role?

    My purpose in this role is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives through wellness and mindfulness practices. Practices like mindfulness and meditation have been instrumental in my own self-discovery journey, helping me reach my potential, find my life purpose, and accept my authentic self. I believe that by fostering a supportive and inclusive community, we can help individuals find balance, peace, and fulfillment in their lives. Supporting a studio that offers these practices allows me to help others in their journey to become the best version of themselves. My goal is to provide exceptional support to our clients and team, ensuring that everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

    What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

    “SPACE TO BE” to me is a sanctuary where individuals can disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with their true selves. It is a place where everyone is encouraged to explore their inner world, find stillness, and cultivate a sense of well-being. This space is welcoming, inclusive, and nurturing, providing the perfect environment for personal growth and transformation. It’s a safe space where you can be your true self. It’s a place where you can connect deeply with yourself and others without judgment but filled with full acceptance. It’s about finding peace and gratitude in the present moment, and it’s a space that encourages you to be vulnerable and grow.

    What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

    “LIVE SIMPLY” means embracing a lifestyle that focuses on what truly matters and letting go of unnecessary distractions and materialism. It’s about appreciating the little things and finding joy in the simplicity of life. It’s about being grateful for what you have and recognizing that true happiness comes from within. It is about finding joy in the little things, being present in each moment, and prioritizing mindfulness and well-being. Living simply encourages a balanced, intentional life that fosters inner peace and contentment.
