    Why I practice meditation:

I practice mindfulness not just as a way to ground myself, but also as a way of living more wakefully in a world full of commotion and change. Through my personal practice, I have learned, and am still continuing to learn, to stop fighting the inner turmoil, and to be more at ease with myself.

    Why I teach meditation:

I only teach what I practice, and I practice through what I teach. Just as how I have learned to be more at ease with myself, I would like to help more people find ease and comfort within themselves.

What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

To me, this is a space, and a creating of space within ourselves, to simply be; be with stillness; be with the space around us; be with ourselves – our body, our mind, our heart, and even our own restlessness and pain. This is a space for all of us who know that we are not alone in our struggles and comfort, and that in fact, we are all in this together.

What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

To “live simply” is to live each and every moment with greater awareness, more wakefully and more openly to all that is happening around us and within us. To “live simply” is to practice taking each moment as it arrives, and nothing more.
