Classes taught at SPACE 2B:

Diana started practising yoga at the age of 13, and even back then, what drew her to it was the deep stillness of savasana at the very end of each practice. Her love for gentleness and groundedness shines through in all practices and teachings – and is a great way to describe Diana’s personality and approach to living!

Diana’s passions lies in this particular crossroads between restfulness and movement – and its myriad therapeutic and mindful applications. Her practices are the synthesis of personal explorations, and draw inspiration from studies in hatha yoga, yin yoga, elemental yoga therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma Release Exercise (TRE), Reiki and the wisdom of nature.

All of Diana’s teachings believes in everyone’s own innate capacity for self-resourcing – through body-based awareness and movement. She deeply believes that the body, mind and emotions all need to be engaged as valuable partners in returning to our sense of wholeness.

    Why I practice meditation:

Meditation helps me return to that sweet expansive place of perspective.

    Why I teach meditation:

In our busy, busy world, we could all benefit from slowing down, pausing and coming into a being rather than a doing space.

What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

“Space to be” evokes for me a sense of allowing our authenticity to be seen and felt, by ourselves and others.

What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

For me, it means finding pauses and creating spaces in our everyday, and noticing where or what we ‘effort’ in, choosing ‘ease’ instead.
