    Background:

    Dawn embarked on her journey of self-healing in response to prolonged stress, anxiety, and burnout at work. Opting for a conscious career change provided her with the time and energy needed to prioritise self-care. Encouraged by a friend, she attended a singing bowl workshop, where the soothing sounds and vibrations ignited her interest in various wellness practices.

    Having earned certifications in Yin & Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Crystal Bowls, Dawn is eager to share her knowledge and experiences with others. Her passion lies in helping individuals to discover tranquillity, relaxation, and improved rest amid the daily challenges they face. Dawn firmly believes that true wellness comes from finding harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Her aspiration is to create a space for self-reflection and healing for her students.

    Why I practice sound healing meditation:

    Sound healing and meditation gives me the opportunity to pause, breathe, and turn my attention inward to find peace and calmness. Silencing the external noise allows me to get a brief reset and ground myself amidst all hustle and bustle.

    Why I teach yoga and sound meditation:

    To support those seeking respite from the demands of daily life and provide them with a safe space to unwind, rest and restore.

    What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

    A place for me to be me, a safe haven with no judgement, attachments and distractions.
