OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS®
Chetna is a fully dedicated and passionate teacher of the OSHO Active Meditations® and known for her warm, and welcoming nature.
Born in Poland, by Russian parents, with half of her childhood spent in Ukraine. At the age of 20 she moved to London and have built her banking career in the City of London over the last 15 years, whilst never forgetting her meditation practice.
In addition to her regular investment banking job in London, she has been teaching and sharing Pilates and OSHO Active Meditations® for 15 years before recently moving to our Singapore shores in January 2018.
Chetna understands the obstacles to meditation and wellbeing faced by many office workers, who are bound to sedentary lifestyle, and gives her great joy to share about balance and well-being for the modern urbanite.

Meditation to me is like breathing and eating – absolutely necessary to stay “alive” in a true sense of it – vibrant, fresh and nourished.
I do not “teach” meditations – I create the space where meditation can happen through some very powerful techniques created by OSHO.
SPACE 2B supports every human’s desire to find that space within to rest, let-go and accept.
Simple things we see, touch, smell, hear every day, but often never notice, are treasures of simple life. By becoming more conscious and alert, simple life activities like having a cup of tea, or walking to work, can become a beautiful and nourishing daily experience. We need to learn noticing every little detail around us, rather than moving on “auto-pilot”.
