Classes taught at SPACE 2B:

Cecile grew up in France and following her heart and her career, she then lived in Utrecht, London, Dubai and now Singapore. She loves travelling and interacting with people from all over the world – and there are still so many new places to see and people she hopes to meet!
She worked as a lawyer for many years in human rights, followed by a shift to the corporate and commercial world. When she undertook her Executive MBA, she had no idea that she would embark on an intense personal journey as much as a professional one, to challenge herself and find the pieces that were missing to make her feel whole.
She has met some amazing people at different stages throughout her life, who have introduced her to beautiful and powerful well-being techniques and practices, allowing her to take moments for herself, travel inwards and take some perspective on her life – and life in general. This has enabled her to realise many dreams, the set-up of Blossaum being one of them, and she looks forward to the many more that have yet to come to realisation.
She is a Master Practitioner and NLP Coach, trained and certified in accordance with the standards set by the International Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (IANLP) and the NLP Association in Singapore. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher trained in India (Yoga Alliance, RYT 200) and a certified Reiki Practitioner trained both in London and in Singapore. She has also been trained in Singing Bowls Therapy.
Cecile is dedicated to offering a unique blend of wellness techniques, to enable you to lead the life that you want and blossom in both your personal and professional life.

    Why I practice meditation:

Meditation helps me quieten the chatter in my mind and connect with my true self. It gives me the ability to tap into my inner strength and my intuition to unveil who I am and what I really want so that I can embrace life as a beautiful adventure.

    Why I teach meditation:

Switching off is actually a challenge for many of us and this is something we can all learn and practice.

I teach meditation in simple approachable ways to guide people in discovering that “it isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better, it’s about befriending who we are” ( Ani Pema Chodron)

What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

A space for each and everyone of us to just BE without any judgement; a space to let go, relax,  connect with oneself and others, grow, nurture, guide and be guided to realise our dreams

What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

“Life is very simple, but we insist on making it complicated” Confucius.
To me, it means to un-learn doing things by obligations, habits, fear and expectations. A way to live truly, in alignment with who we are, our values, purpose and with joy.
