    Barbara is deeply passionate about the practices of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing and its ability to affect states of being within herself and those she loves to share with.

    Barbara wants to help her students find new levels of possibility in their bodies and minds and bring their practice off their mats and into their lives. Her class offers powerful tools for developing higher consciousness, increasing wellbeing, vitality and connectedness to life.

    She is passionate for life and living each moment in a mindful, aware state. It is her privilege to share this life changing experience that encourages people to lead healthier, happier and more conscious lifestyles.

    Barbara is KRI certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, Certified Quantum Alchemy Crystal singing Bowls practitioner, Reiki Master teacher and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner.

    She will take you to a deep journey within yourself where the body and mind can finally rest and re-charge.

    Why I practice meditation:

    Meditation had a profound impact on my life, not only with how I dealt with my chronic stress and anxiety but also with how to better respond to my emotional reaction, I become more aware of my posture and stress points, and I become more present with people and the world around me.

    Why I teach meditation:

    I understand the transformational aspect of meditation and want to make it as widely accessible as possible for those in need of it. Meditation has numerous benefits: finding who you are, mastering your mind, awakening, freeing yourself from suffering, exploring deeper states of consciousness, healing your heart, etc.…I had to share this amazing effective tool.

    What does “SPACE TO BE” look like to you?

    A beautiful peace center for people who are busy and stress to have a place where they can just come for 30 min or more to relax and re-charge.

    What does “LIVE SIMPLY” mean to you?

    The practice of Gratitude really changed my life and helped me to live simply. You become thankful for experiencing more positive emotions, feeling more alive, sleeping better, expressing more compassion and kindness, and even having stronger immune systems.
