Learning and practicing daily mindfulness has been an evolutionary process for me. After an accident in 2016, yoga has helped me through difficult times, both emotionally and spiritually. I am grateful to connect with the beauty of living in the present and embracing transcience. This experience has helped me gain mindfulness and with this, I realised that we can all find joy in all that we are doing at every moment. Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels, I believe in teaching with love where the mind naturally opens up and the heart is understood. Inspired by my practice, I believe in the equal importance of harmony with the world outside and peace within.
Meditation is my constant practice to bring me back to a clean slate of beliefs and values, where self-doubt, egoistic assumptions and fear could go away, and for love to fill this space.
I am committed to living a healthy and fulfilling life – rest plenty, eat well, never stop moving! Empowering my yoga students empowers me deeply.
Right at SPACE2B is where we are cultivating the ‘heartspace’, a place for nothing but the present, and for everything we are.
To live simply is to freely surrender every moment to the present. That comes with the willingness to accept the impermanence of ‘what is’, and endless possibiliities of ‘what might be’.
