Immerse yourself alongside Camilla as you tap deep within to relax with guided meditation and breathwork to release tension, inspire, shift energy and connect your body and self. End the session with the guided intuitive movement of Yoga Nidra and visualization.

9:15a.m. | HIIT The Flow with Technogym for 60mins by Michelle
Sweat it out together with Michelle from Technogym as you get your heart rate up with a no-nonsense full-body cardio workout. You are incorporating both aerobic and dynamic movement, ending with an energic mobility flow. Enjoy training as you find a balance between power, strength, mobility and, of course, having fun while you’re at it!
