Description
Much of life is lived through the movement of mind, thinking, seeking, resisting, remembering and anticipating. Yet beneath this constant activity is something quieter: awareness itself.
The Heart of Being is a private experiential immersion into Tantra as a path of meditation, presence and direct awareness. Through embodied awareness, contemplative inquiry and non-dual practices, we explore what happens when we come into intimate contact with what is already here through sensation, breath, emotion, thought, stillness and movement.
As the distinction between experiencer and experience begins to soften, presence becomes less something we practise and more something we recognise, revealing love not only as something we feel towards another, but as a quality of Being itself.
Part I: From Doing to Being
Much of life is shaped by doing, seeking and becoming, while this exploration invites us to soften effort and rest more naturally in the immediacy of experience. Through meditation and contemplative inquiry, we ask: Who are you when you are not trying to become anything?
Part II: Awareness Through the Body
The body offers an immediate doorway into awareness through breath, sensation, listening and embodied meditation. As we experience the body directly rather than continually interpreting it, we explore: Can you feel what is here before the mind tells you what it is?
Part III: The Heart of Presence
Rather than trying to force the heart open, we explore what becomes available when resistance to this moment begins to soften. Through heart awareness and embodied inquiry, we cultivate openness and tenderness while asking: What is here when you stop resisting what is?
Part IV: Meeting What Arises
Tantric meditation invites us to remain present with fear, desire, grief, restlessness, thought and whatever else arises, without suppressing, indulging or trying to change it. As we recognise each experience as a movement within awareness, we explore: What happens when nothing arising within you needs to be pushed away or held onto?
Part V: Non Dual Awareness
Non dual awareness is explored through direct experience, investigating the apparent separation between observer and observed, inner and outer, awareness and experience. Through meditation and contemplative inquiry, we ask: Can you find where awareness ends and experience begins?
Part VI: Love as Being
We explore love not only as an emotion towards another, but as openness, intimacy and an unguarded relationship with life. As grasping and resistance soften, we enter a deeper inquiry: What remains when there is nothing between you and life as it is?
Closing Integration: Resting in the Heart of Being
The immersion closes by bringing body, breath, sound, thought, feeling, space and relationship into a single field of awareness. As the distinction between meditation and ordinary life softens, we simply rest with life as it is and recognise the awareness in which it is all already happening.
What you may discover
Through this private experiential immersion, you will be invited to:
- Move from continual doing and seeking towards greater presence and Being
- Experience the body as a doorway into direct awareness
- Develop a more intimate relationship with sensation, emotion and thought
- Meet resistance and difficult experience without immediately suppressing or changing it
- Explore the heart as presence, openness and loving awareness
- Experience meditation beyond effort, control or the need to achieve a particular state
- Explore the relationship between observer and observed through non-dual inquiry
- Discover what becomes possible when the usual sense of separation begins to soften
- Explore love as a quality of Being rather than something dependent upon another
- Bring greater presence, openness and awareness into ordinary daily life
Who is this for?
The Heart of Being is for anyone drawn to a deeper exploration of Tantra, meditation, embodied awareness and the nature of consciousness.
It may particularly resonate if you find yourself continually thinking, seeking, analysing or trying to improve yourself, yet sense there may be another way of experiencing life, one rooted more deeply in presence.
No previous experience of Tantra or non-dual meditation is required. The practices are experiential and can meet you wherever you are in your journey.

About Christina
Christina Nikolovski is the founder of SPACE2B, and TANTRAPATH in Singapore. She is an embodied awareness teacher, tantra meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work brings together presence, somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and contemplative wisdom traditions.
With more than twenty-two years devoted to the exploration of consciousness, embodiment, and the deeper nature of human experience, Christina’s work supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional maturity, and discovering a more authentic way of relating to life and to one another.
Her approach is both deeply experiential and quietly transformative. Drawing from tantra, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and relational awareness practices, Christina creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply to their inner world, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body.
Through her teachings, private sessions, and trainings, she gently guides people to recognise unconscious patterns, soften protective defenses, and rediscover the stillness and awareness beneath the activity of the mind. From this space of presence, healing, intimacy, and meaningful transformation begin to unfold naturally.
As the founder of SPACE2B, Christina has envisioned and created a sanctuary dedicated to inner awareness, nervous system wellbeing, and conscious human connection in the heart of Singapore. Her work bridges ancient contemplative wisdom with modern understanding of embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and relational intelligence.
At the heart of her teaching is a simple yet profound understanding: that true transformation does not come from striving to become someone else, but from returning to the deeper truth of who we already are.
Over the years, Christina has studied extensively across contemplative and spiritual traditions including non-dual philosophy, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Yoga, Taoist practices, somatic awareness, and Buddhist meditation. Her path has been shaped by teachers and lineages that emphasise direct experience, embodied awareness, and the integration of presence into everyday life.
Today, her work continues to support individuals and couples internationally through workshops, trainings, retreats, and private sessions exploring themes of self-awareness, conscious relationships, embodied intimacy, and awakening to our true nature.
At the heart of everything she shares is a quiet invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the presence, love, and wholeness that have always been here.
