Mindful resilience is the capacity to remain actively aware, creatively productive, constantly learning, happy and effective in life and at work, even when faced with pressure, stress and tension from both within our mind and from our external environment. This is a live experiential course about how you can develop your mental resilience through practical meditation and mindfulness techniques.
The workshop explores the development of mindful resilience using four main specific meditation and mindfulness techniques:
Mindful Resilience Practice 1: Understanding the different levels of mindful resilience and tapping into the inner resilience that you already have (but may not be leveraging effectively upon).
Mindful Resilience Practice 2: Making relaxation a dynamic strength that you can use to combat stress and tension and stay strong under pressure.
Mindful Resilience Practice 3: Creating a resilient inner dialogue with yourself through mindfulness
Mindful Resilience Practice 4: Developing the mindful resilience arising from stillness and heightened creativity
