Description
Intimate relationships have a unique way of revealing us to ourselves. They can awaken love, tenderness and belonging, while also touching our deepest fears of rejection, abandonment, not being enough, losing freedom or losing ourselves.
When we feel hurt, misunderstood or unsafe, we may withdraw, pursue, control, please, defend or try to change the other person. Often these are protective patterns shaped long before the present relationship, yet they continue to influence how we love, communicate and connect.
Loving Intimate Relationship is a private experiential training exploring how we can recognise these patterns more consciously and learn to love another without leaving ourselves behind. Through embodied awareness and relational inquiry, we explore what is being activated, what we are protecting or projecting, and what we may be seeking from another that also needs to be cultivated within ourselves.
The deeper movement of conscious relationship is not about eliminating the ego or never becoming triggered. It is about recognising when conditioning, judgment, expectation or protection has taken over and discovering that another response is possible. We begin to move from judgment towards curiosity, blame towards responsibility, defensiveness towards vulnerability and reaction towards presence, learning to remain true to ourselves while meeting another with greater openness and love. Relationship becomes not only somewhere we seek love, but somewhere we learn how to love.
Part I: Relationship as a Mirror
Intimate relationship can become one of our most revealing mirrors, illuminating patterns of attraction, expectation, disappointment and what we repeatedly seek from another. Through relational inquiry and embodied awareness, we explore: What is this relationship revealing to me about myself?
Part II: Triggers and Protective Responses
When we feel hurt, rejected or unseen, we may fight, withdraw, please, pursue, control or shut down as ways of protecting what feels vulnerable within us. By creating greater space between trigger and response, the inquiry shifts from “What is wrong with the other person?” towards “What is being activated in me, and what am I protecting?”
Part III: Projection and Responsibility
Our expectations, fears and past experiences can shape how we see another, influencing what we idealise, reject or expect them to provide. As we learn to distinguish what belongs to us from what belongs to the other, we ask: What am I seeing in you that may also be asking to be recognised within me?
Part IV: From Co-dependency to Wholeness
We explore how to remain connected without over-giving, losing ourselves or making another person responsible for our emotional wellbeing, while developing clearer needs, boundaries and inner grounding. Rather than becoming completely self-sufficient, we explore: Can I love you and remain fully myself?
Part V: Vulnerability and Emotional Intimacy
We explore the willingness to be truly seen, to communicate what lies beneath protection, and to remain present with another without immediately fixing, defending or withdrawing. As greater emotional intimacy becomes possible, we ask: Can I allow myself to be truly seen while remaining present enough to truly see another?
Part VI: Conscious Love, From Ego to Love
We explore how judgment, expectation, control and protection can close the space between us, while cultivating acceptance without self abandonment, truth expressed with love, and the capacity to return to presence when we become reactive. Gradually, the question shifts from “What can you give me?” towards “What is love asking of me here?”
The Deeper Invitation
A conscious relationship is not one without triggers, but one in which our triggers increasingly become doorways to awareness, responsibility and a deeper understanding of ourselves and another. The invitation is not to create a perfect relationship, but to remain true to ourselves while learning to return, again and again, to presence, vulnerability and love.

It may particularly resonate if you recognise recurring relationship patterns, find yourself becoming reactive or withdrawing during conflict, struggle to express needs or boundaries without guilt or fear, lose yourself in intimate relationships, seek reassurance or emotional security from another, or notice that the same frustrations and disappointments seem to repeat across relationships.
It may also support you if you wish to deepen vulnerability and emotional intimacy, understand projection and expectation, communicate with greater presence and responsibility, remain open without abandoning yourself, or explore intimate relationship as a pathway of self understanding, consciousness and love.
You may attend individually to explore your own relational patterns and capacity for intimacy, whether you are single or partnered, or attend together as a couple to deepen awareness of the patterns that arise between you.

About Christina
Christina Nikolovski is the founder of SPACE2B, and TANTRAPATH in Singapore. She is an embodied awareness teacher, tantra meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work brings together presence, somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and contemplative wisdom traditions.
With more than twenty-two years devoted to the exploration of consciousness, embodiment, and the deeper nature of human experience, Christina’s work supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional maturity, and discovering a more authentic way of relating to life and to one another.
Her approach is both deeply experiential and quietly transformative. Drawing from tantra, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and relational awareness practices, Christina creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply to their inner world, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body.
Through her teachings, private sessions, and trainings, she gently guides people to recognise unconscious patterns, soften protective defenses, and rediscover the stillness and awareness beneath the activity of the mind. From this space of presence, healing, intimacy, and meaningful transformation begin to unfold naturally.
As the founder of SPACE2B, Christina has envisioned and created a sanctuary dedicated to inner awareness, nervous system wellbeing, and conscious human connection in the heart of Singapore. Her work bridges ancient contemplative wisdom with modern understanding of embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and relational intelligence.
At the heart of her teaching is a simple yet profound understanding: that true transformation does not come from striving to become someone else, but from returning to the deeper truth of who we already are.
Over the years, Christina has studied extensively across contemplative and spiritual traditions including non-dual philosophy, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Yoga, Taoist practices, somatic awareness, and Buddhist meditation. Her path has been shaped by teachers and lineages that emphasise direct experience, embodied awareness, and the integration of presence into everyday life.
Today, her work continues to support individuals and couples internationally through workshops, trainings, retreats, and private sessions exploring themes of self-awareness, conscious relationships, embodied intimacy, and awakening to our true nature.
At the heart of everything she shares is a quiet invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the presence, love, and wholeness that have always been here.
