Kundalini is often described as an energy that lies dormant within an individual.
When one experiences an awakening or is preparing to have that experience, regular practices of meditation and inner work helps smoothen the transition.
The OSHO Kundalini Meditation uses movement and breath to help one focus inwards, through the 7-point Chakra System. You will be gently guided into the whole process. Even in this guided process, you are empowered to be responsible for your own journey as you expand and awaken your own energies. A regular weekly practice can then become your own foundation to freedom.
To greater experience this session, you are invited to also join “Kundalini – An Experience”. While not a prerequisite, this session takes a deeper look at the different stages of the meditation practice, and the common ideas of kundalini work.
Note: Participants should not have food for at least an hour before the session. A light black tea and a few slices of fruits is fine. Wear loose comfortable clothing as there will be physical movements
