Description
Our earliest experiences help shape how we understand ourselves, others and the world. As children, we naturally adapt in order to feel safe, loved, accepted and connected, developing ways of protecting ourselves that may continue to influence our emotions, relationships and choices long after childhood has passed.
Inner Child Integration is a private experiential training exploring these early patterns with compassion and awareness. Through embodied inquiry, reflection, meditation and experiential practices, we reconnect with the Original Child, meet the Wounded Child, recognise the strategies of the Adaptive Child and strengthen the Loving Adult within.
The intention is not to remain focused on the past, but to understand how the past may still be living through us today. As we learn to meet younger parts of ourselves with greater presence and care, old patterns can become more conscious, creating greater freedom to respond from who we are now rather than automatically from what we once needed to survive.
Ultimately, Inner Child Integration is also about remembering what may have been obscured along the way: joy, curiosity, creativity, authenticity, aliveness and an underlying sense of wholeness.
Part I: The Original Child
We reconnect with the part of ourselves associated with natural curiosity, creativity, playfulness, authenticity and aliveness, before adaptation and conditioning became necessary. Through embodied exploration, we ask: What was naturally alive in me before I learned who I needed to be?
Part II: The Wounded Child
We gently explore experiences of feeling unseen, rejected, abandoned, criticised or misunderstood, and the needs and emotions that may still live beneath present-day reactions. Rather than trying to fix the past, we ask: What within me is still longing to be seen, understood or held?
Part III: The Adaptive Child
We explore the intelligent strategies developed to find safety, love and belonging, such as pleasing, achieving, caretaking, perfectionism, rebelling or becoming invisible. As we recognise how these patterns may still operate today, we ask: What once protected me that I may no longer need in the same way?
Part IV: The Loving Adult
We strengthen the capacity to meet our emotions and younger parts with presence, compassion, boundaries and self-responsibility rather than becoming overwhelmed by them. The inquiry becomes: How can the adult I am today meet the needs of the child I once was?
Part V: Re-parenting the Inner Child
Re-parenting invites us to offer ourselves the care, safety, validation and guidance that may not always have been available when we were young. Through reflection and experiential practices, we explore: What can I begin to give myself now that I once needed from someone else?
Part VI: The Divine Child
Beneath wounds, adaptations and personal history, we explore the possibility of an aspect of ourselves that remains inherently whole, alive and connected to something deeper than our conditioning. Through meditation and contemplative inquiry, we ask: Who am I beneath the story of what happened to me?

Who is this for?
This training may resonate if you recognise recurring emotional or relationship patterns that seem difficult to change, find yourself people-pleasing, over-achieving, withdrawing or becoming highly self-critical, or sense that earlier experiences continue to influence how you feel about yourself and relate to others.
It may also support you if you wish to understand yourself with greater compassion, develop a more supportive inner relationship, reconnect with parts of yourself that have been hidden or neglected, or explore Inner Child work as a pathway towards greater self-awareness and integration.
You do not need to remember your childhood clearly or identify a particular event or trauma. The work begins with what is present for you now.

About Christina
Christina Nikolovski is the founder of SPACE2B, and TANTRAPATH in Singapore. She is an embodied awareness teacher, tantra meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work brings together presence, somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and contemplative wisdom traditions.
With more than twenty-two years devoted to the exploration of consciousness, embodiment, and the deeper nature of human experience, Christina’s work supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional maturity, and discovering a more authentic way of relating to life and to one another.
Her approach is both deeply experiential and quietly transformative. Drawing from tantra, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and relational awareness practices, Christina creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply to their inner world, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body.
Through her teachings, private sessions, and trainings, she gently guides people to recognise unconscious patterns, soften protective defenses, and rediscover the stillness and awareness beneath the activity of the mind. From this space of presence, healing, intimacy, and meaningful transformation begin to unfold naturally.
As the founder of SPACE2B, Christina has envisioned and created a sanctuary dedicated to inner awareness, nervous system wellbeing, and conscious human connection in the heart of Singapore. Her work bridges ancient contemplative wisdom with modern understanding of embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and relational intelligence.
At the heart of her teaching is a simple yet profound understanding: that true transformation does not come from striving to become someone else, but from returning to the deeper truth of who we already are.
Over the years, Christina has studied extensively across contemplative and spiritual traditions including non-dual philosophy, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Yoga, Taoist practices, somatic awareness, and Buddhist meditation. Her path has been shaped by teachers and lineages that emphasise direct experience, embodied awareness, and the integration of presence into everyday life.
Today, her work continues to support individuals and couples internationally through workshops, trainings, retreats, and private sessions exploring themes of self-awareness, conscious relationships, embodied intimacy, and awakening to our true nature.
At the heart of everything she shares is a quiet invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the presence, love, and wholeness that have always been here.
