Description

We naturally develop an identity around the qualities that feel acceptable, safe and valued. Along the way, other parts of ourselves may be judged, hidden, suppressed or left behind because they do not fit who we believe we should be.

These parts do not simply disappear. They may continue to show themselves through emotional reactions, recurring patterns, attraction, judgment, projection and the qualities we strongly resist or admire in others.

Embracing Your Shadow is a private experiential training exploring the parts of ourselves that have remained outside our conscious identity. Through embodied awareness, meditation, self inquiry and experiential practices, we begin to recognise what has been disowned, understand what may lie beneath our patterns and reactions, and develop a more conscious relationship with what we find difficult to accept.

The Shadow is not simply our “dark” side. It can also contain qualities such as confidence, creativity, power, sensuality, vulnerability, spontaneity and aliveness that, for different reasons, we may not have learned to fully inhabit.

The intention is not to eliminate the Shadow, act out every hidden impulse or become a perfected version of ourselves. It is to bring greater awareness to what has remained unconscious, creating more choice in how we live, relate and respond.

What we can see, we can begin to relate to differently. What we can include no longer needs to remain outside ourselves.

Part I: Meeting the Shadow
We explore how identity forms around the qualities we learn to accept and reject, and how other aspects of ourselves can gradually move outside our conscious sense of who we are. Through meditation and self inquiry, we ask: What have I learned that I am allowed to be, and what have I learned that I should not be?

Part II: Triggers & Projection
Strong reactions to others can sometimes reveal qualities, emotions or desires that are difficult for us to recognise within ourselves. By becoming curious about what we judge, resist, admire or envy, we explore: What might my reactions to others be showing me about myself?

Part III: The Disowned Self
We turn towards the qualities, emotions, needs and desires we may have learned to hide, suppress or reject in order to remain accepted, safe or consistent with the identity we have created. Rather than immediately judging or trying to change what we discover, we ask: What part of myself have I learned not to be?

Part IV: The Golden Shadow
Not everything hidden in the Shadow is something we consider negative; it may also contain confidence, creativity, sensuality, power, freedom, visibility and other qualities we recognise more easily in others than in ourselves. Through embodied exploration, we ask: What do I admire in others that may also be waiting to be claimed within me?

Part V: Integration & Wholeness
Integration is not about acting out every impulse or becoming identified with everything we discover, but expanding our capacity to consciously include more of who we are. As hidden and contradictory parts are brought into awareness, we explore: Who might I become when I no longer need to reject parts of myself in order to belong?

The Deeper Invitation
Shadow work invites us to move beyond the idea that some parts of ourselves are acceptable while others must remain hidden. As we become more willing to see what has been excluded from our conscious identity, our reactions and projections can become opportunities for greater self understanding rather than something we automatically act from.

The invitation is not to become someone else, but to become more able to inhabit the fullness and complexity of who we already are.

What you may discover
Through this private experiential immersion, you will be invited to:

  • Understand how the Shadow develops and how it may influence your emotions, choices and relationships
  • Recognise qualities, emotions, needs and desires you may have learned to hide or reject
  • Notice how projection can appear through judgment, attraction, admiration and emotional triggers
  • Explore recurring patterns with greater curiosity and self awareness
  • Develop greater capacity to stay present with emotions and qualities you find uncomfortable
  • Recognise what may lie beneath the parts of yourself you judge or resist
  • Explore the Golden Shadow and qualities you admire in others but may not fully claim within yourself
  • Distinguish integration from suppression or acting out
  • Develop greater acceptance of the complexity and contradictions within yourself
  • Move towards a more conscious, authentic and integrated relationship with yourself and others

Who is this for?
This training may resonate if you notice recurring emotional or relationship patterns that are difficult to understand, experience strong reactions to particular people or behaviours, or recognise aspects of yourself that you tend to hide, suppress, judge or find difficult to accept.

It may also support you if you are curious about projection, repeatedly find yourself drawn to or irritated by particular qualities in others, or sense that aspects of your confidence, creativity, power, vulnerability, sensuality or self expression have been left unexplored.

You do not need previous experience with Shadow work or Tantra. The work begins with curiosity about what you may not yet fully see within yourself.

About Christina
Christina Nikolovski is the founder of SPACE2B, and TANTRAPATH in Singapore. She is an embodied awareness teacher, tantra meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work brings together presence, somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and contemplative wisdom traditions.

With more than twenty-two years devoted to the exploration of consciousness, embodiment, and the deeper nature of human experience, Christina’s work supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional maturity, and discovering a more authentic way of relating to life and to one another.

Her approach is both deeply experiential and quietly transformative. Drawing from tantra, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and relational awareness practices, Christina creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply to their inner world, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body.

Through her teachings, private sessions, and trainings, she gently guides people to recognise unconscious patterns, soften protective defenses, and rediscover the stillness and awareness beneath the activity of the mind. From this space of presence, healing, intimacy, and meaningful transformation begin to unfold naturally.

As the founder of SPACE2B, Christina has envisioned and created a sanctuary dedicated to inner awareness, nervous system wellbeing, and conscious human connection in the heart of Singapore. Her work bridges ancient contemplative wisdom with modern understanding of embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and relational intelligence.

At the heart of her teaching is a simple yet profound understanding: that true transformation does not come from striving to become someone else, but from returning to the deeper truth of who we already are.

Over the years, Christina has studied extensively across contemplative and spiritual traditions including non-dual philosophy, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Yoga, Taoist practices, somatic awareness, and Buddhist meditation. Her path has been shaped by teachers and lineages that emphasise direct experience, embodied awareness, and the integration of presence into everyday life.

Today, her work continues to support individuals and couples internationally through workshops, trainings, retreats, and private sessions exploring themes of self-awareness, conscious relationships, embodied intimacy, and awakening to our true nature.

At the heart of everything she shares is a quiet invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the presence, love, and wholeness that have always been here.
