Session Credit System

SPACE2B operates on a simple session-credit system across eligible passes and memberships.

  • 60-minute and 75-minute classes are counted as 1 session credit
  • 2-hour workshops & immersions are counted as 2 session credits

This allows flexibility across our different offerings while maintaining a simple and consistent booking structure.

If you are unsure whether a particular class, workshop, or immersion is included under your membership, please feel free to check with our team before booking

 

General Membership Terms

  • Black Memberships are valid for 6 months from the selected activation date.
  • Membership fees and session credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership sessions may be shared with family and friends.
  • Memberships are valid for eligible regular group classes, including themed classes. Selected workshops and immersions may require additional session credits. Trainings are excluded.
  • Session credits must be utilised within the 6-month validity period and unused credits cannot be extended unless otherwise approved by management.
  • Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or transferred beyond the approved membership usage structure.
  • Membership benefits, inclusions, promotional credits, gifts, and privileges are not transferable separately from the membership and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • SPACE2B reserves the right to make adjustments to schedules, facilitators, class offerings, and membership structures where necessary.

 

Payment Obligations

  • Full payment is required upon purchase of the Black Membership.
  • In the event that our booking platform (Mindbody) encounters payment processing issues, this does not waive the member’s obligation to complete payment.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring payment details provided are accurate and up to date.
  • SPACE2B reserves the right to suspend membership access in cases of incomplete or failed payment.
