Description

PART I: Opening the Heart
PART II: Gratitude
PART III: Forgiving and Healing the Pain

Awakening the Sacred Heart is to look from the subtle energetic center located in the center of the chest instead of looking out from the eyes and the head — and not just to look, but to listen, feel, and sense from the Heart. In this series of grounding in the heart meditations, we will practice consciously inhabiting the subtle body — our innate capacity to feel and know ourselves from within.

PART I: Opening the Heart

“The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.” – Buddha

How often have you thought ‘If only I had listened to my heart?’ The heart is the source of true power. How can we connect with this intelligence and power? How can we learn to become more loving by paying more attention to our hearts and inner guidance? You can connect with your heart, experience Heart Coherence through this meditation and open your heart to new experiences and understanding.

PART II: Gratitude

Cultivating an attitude of gratefulness will have a deep influence on your mind. Gratitude can help to attract more abundance into your life, make you more attractive and guide you to live a more fulfilling and deeply satisfying life. Gratitude can also help you to feel more energized and alive. It enables you to celebrate life and all its beauty, in the here and now, just as it is. This guided meditation will help you to create a life-changing positive mindset, enabling you to be thankful in any given situation, and experience a powerful love of life.

PART III: Forgiving and Healing the Pain

“We can let the circumstances of our lives harden us so that we become increasingly resentful and afraid, or we can let them soften us, and make us kinder. You always have the choice.” ― Dalai Lama.

Moving toward painful situations and becoming intimate with pain can open up our hearts in ways we never before imagined. Through this guided meditation, we experience how we can move beyond the habitual patterns rooted in fear and access a state of open-heartedness and tenderness, to awaken and accept ourselves and others complete with goodness, faults and imperfections. Eventually, we come to see that every experience and every difficulty provides its own kind of spiritual opportunity to connect with ourselves more deeply.
