Description

A structured pathway into coaching as both a relational practice and a way of guiding others with clarity, presence, and sensitivity. This training integrates awareness, somatic inquiry, and relational understanding, supporting both personal transformation and the capacity to hold others through meaningful change. Coaching is approached not as fixing or advising, but as a space where insight, awareness, and clarity can naturally emerge.

Why This Training

Many approaches to coaching focus on strategy, outcomes, and problem-solving. While these have their place, lasting change often begins at a deeper level — in awareness, in the body, and in how we relate to our experience. This training supports you in developing the capacity to listen more deeply, to ask from presence, and to hold space in a way that allows others to access their own clarity and insight. What you cultivate is not only skill, but a way of being that supports transformation in a grounded and sustainable way.

What You Will Experience

Across the 50 hours, the training unfolds as a gradual and integrated progression.

You begin by deepening your own awareness, developing sensitivity to thought patterns, emotional responses, and embodied experience. From here, you explore how awareness can be brought into relationship, learning to listen, reflect, and inquire with clarity and care.

As your understanding deepens, you are introduced to coaching frameworks that support structure and flow, while remaining responsive to what arises in the moment. You begin to practise guiding others through inquiry, helping them access insight, clarity, and new perspectives.

Through mentored practice, you observe, participate, and facilitate, allowing confidence to develop through direct experience. What emerges is not only the ability to coach, but a more grounded and present way of relating to others.

Training Structure

Contact Hours (28 hours)

The core of the training is held through immersive sessions that integrate teaching, guided practice, and relational exploration.

Understanding is grounded in direct experience, allowing coaching to move beyond concept into embodied practice.

This includes:

  • Teaching sessions introducing key principles and coaching frameworks
  • Guided practices in inquiry, listening, and reflection
  • Group work and partner exercises
  • Technique and theory, held within an experiential context

Training Modules

Foundations of Coaching Training (4 Hours)

An introduction to coaching as a presence-based and relational practice.

This training explores the foundations of coaching through awareness, listening, and the role of presence. Coaching is approached not as advising or fixing, but as creating the conditions for clarity and insight to emerge. You are introduced to the shift from problem-solving to inquiry-based guidance, where questions open rather than direct, and listening becomes an active and attuned process. Through guided practice, you begin to understand how to hold space with steadiness and neutrality, allowing clients to access their own perspective and understanding.

Self-Awareness and Inner Inquiry Training (4 Hours)

Developing awareness of internal patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses.

This training focuses on the foundation of all effective coaching, self-awareness. You explore how personal conditioning, assumptions, and emotional patterns influence perception, listening, and response. Through reflective practices and guided inquiry, you begin to recognise these internal movements as they arise, allowing greater clarity and choice in how you engage with others. This supports a more grounded and ethical coaching presence, where awareness of self becomes the basis for working skilfully with others.

Embodied Coaching Training (4 Hours)

Bringing awareness into the body as a pathway for insight and integration.

This training introduces coaching beyond the cognitive level, inviting attention into sensation, emotion, and felt experience. Clients are supported to move from thinking about their experience to directly sensing it within the body. Through somatic awareness and gentle inquiry, deeper layers of experience begin to emerge, allowing insight to arise from within rather than being constructed through analysis. This supports a more integrated coaching approach, where awareness includes both mind and body, and where change is experienced rather than conceptualised.

Relational Coaching Training (4 Hours)

Deepening the capacity to listen, attune, and respond within a shared space.

This training explores coaching as a relational process, where presence, empathy, and attunement shape the quality of the interaction. Listening extends beyond words to include tone, pacing, and subtle shifts in the client’s experience. Through paired and group practice, you develop the ability to reflect, inquire, and respond in a way that supports trust and openness. Coaching becomes less about directing and more about meeting the client where they are, allowing the conversation to unfold with clarity and sensitivity.

Coaching Frameworks and Practice Training (4 Hours)

Structuring sessions with clarity, flow, and responsiveness.

This training introduces practical frameworks that support the structure and progression of a coaching session. You learn how to open, guide, and close a session in a way that feels coherent while remaining responsive to what arises. Through applied practice, you begin to integrate presence, inquiry, and structure, allowing sessions to flow naturally without becoming rigid or formulaic. By the end of this module, you are able to hold a complete coaching conversation with greater clarity, confidence, and adaptability.

Presence and Holding Space Training (4 Hours)

Cultivating the capacity to remain present, grounded, and responsive within a coaching interaction.

This training focuses on presence as the foundation of effective coaching. Beyond technique and questioning, it is the quality of your presence that shapes the depth and direction of the session. Through guided practice, you develop the ability to remain steady and attentive, even in moments of uncertainty, silence, or emotional intensity. Attention is placed on how you listen, how you hold space, and how you allow the client’s experience to unfold without interruption or control. You begin to recognise when you are leading, when you are following, and when you are simply holding. Over time, presence becomes less effortful and more natural, allowing coaching to arise from a place of clarity and grounded awareness.

Integration and Professional Practice Training (4 Hours)

Bringing coaching into real-life contexts with clarity, responsibility, and integrity.

This training supports the integration of coaching skills into professional practice. You explore how to apply what you have learned within different contexts, including one-to-one sessions, ongoing coaching relationships, and real-world scenarios. Attention is given to boundaries, ethics, and the responsibilities of holding space for others. You begin to understand how to create a safe and respectful container, while remaining clear in your role as a coach. Through applied practice and reflection, you develop greater confidence in structuring sessions, managing client relationships, and sustaining a consistent and grounded coaching approach.

This module completes the transition from learning to practice, where coaching becomes not only a skill, but a way of working with clarity and integrity.

Mentored Practice & Teaching (12 hours)

A supported transition from learning into application.

You step into real coaching environments where you observe, practise, and begin to facilitate sessions, supported by feedback and reflection.

This may include:

  • Observing SPACE2B coaching sessions demonstrations
  • Practising coaching in pairs or small groups
  • Guiding short coaching segments
  • Receiving feedback and refinement

Through this process, confidence develops naturally, alongside a deeper understanding of how to hold space for others.

Coaching becomes something lived, not only practised.

This includes:

  • Personal reflection and journaling
  • Self-inquiry practices
  • Integration exercises applied to daily life and relationships
  • Optional peer practice sessions

About Tamsin

Tamsin Bradshaw is a life and somatic coach, and a practitioner of shamanic energy medicine. Her training includes the Aliveness Method®, the Somatic Healing Institute, RocheMartin’s Emotional Intelligence programme, the Four Winds Light Body School, and the Temple of Shamanic Magick.

Her work begins with listening. Not the surface level kind, but a deeper, attuned presence that senses what sits beneath words, in tone, in subtle shifts, and in patterns that quietly repeat.

Drawing on somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, and shamanic practice, she works with the body as the place where experience is held and understood. Rather than offering solutions, she creates a space where insight can emerge from within, often in moments of quiet recognition.

Her approach is gentle yet precise. A space where what has been held can be felt, where clarity arises naturally, and where individuals reconnect with their own inner wisdom, moving forward with greater ease, confidence, and a deeper sense of self.
