ABOUT HUNYUAN TAIJIQUAN
Chenshi Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan (陳式心意混元太極拳) is a style of Taijiquan developed by Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang (馮志強). Feng was the disciple of two great masters, Hu Yao Zhen (胡耀貞) and Chen Fa Ke (陳發科). Hu Yao Zhen was a famous Chinese medicine doctor, Taoist Qigong and Xinyi Quan (心意拳) master who was considered by many to be the father of modern Qigong. Chen Fa Ke was a 17th generation grandmaster of Chen style Taijiquan.

Hunyuan Taijiquan blends traditional Chen style Taijiquan with elements of Xinyi Quan and Taoist Qigong methods into a comprehensive system, bringing Taijiquan back to its original roots in Qigong.

PRIVATE SESSION
The advantage of a private session is that the material can be individually tailored to your specific goals. In the group classes, the method is designed to accommodate everybody. In a private class, the material is fine tuned to enhance one’s natural strengths and to resolve any challenges that may pop up during the course of training more quickly. I am always available to consult and see if private sessions are appropriate.
