Yoga Nidra is a process of meditative self-inquiry derived from the ancient teachings of Yoga. It comprises of techniques designed to bring about first-hand knowing of who and what you really are when you are free of psychological, societal, and philosophical conditioning, helping you explore all that you consider yourself to be – body, senses, heart and mind. The practice reflects a nondual understanding of life: it merges us, the human, with the sacred, and is practiced by embracing everything, just as it is, and rejecting nothing. Nonduality (or nondualism) is a way of living life, whereby, in each moment, you feel your interconnectedness with everyone and everything around you. It is not just a philosophy or an experience, but a way of being in the world. The teachings of nonduality underlie the practice of iRest®️ Yoga Nidra Meditation.  iRest is a contemporary adaptation of Yoga Nidra. It shares many basic principles and techniques with other forms of Yoga Nidra, but differs in various ways. iRest provides techniques to help you inquire into your current, unique experience of seeing, feeling, hearing, sensing, tasting, smelling and thinking.

Nidra means “sleep” or “changing states of consciousness,” and in the context of Yoga Nidra, it refers to your capacity to abide knowingly as a nondual, unchanging, and wakeful Presence in the midst of the changing circumstances of life.
Sessions are customised to match the individuals’ inner journey and intentions for healing.

In a shared sacred space, we can meet one-on-one, and welcome everything, just as it is. Integrated with techniques from iRest®️ Yoga Nidra Meditation, these Dyad Co-meditations allow us to experience and learn to sit face-to-face with ourselves, by sitting face-to-face with another. When done with an experienced Practitioner, we enter into a mediative space, meeting without agenda to fix or change, and unconditionally welcome and mirror all that is arising. You learn to meet yourself ‘here,’ in your own presence, while meeting yourself ‘there,’ mirrored in your partner (in this case, the Practitioner). In this way, we gradually become an unconditional presence to every moment in life. In these sessions, we always go with what is arising for you in the moment, letting your experience lead the way, welcoming all messengers that will help align and act with your highest truth and authenticity. By remembering to fully meet each moment, just as it is, resolutions and integration spontaneously occurs. These sessions offer a safe, sacred space for self-inquiry and healing through integrated rest and support.
