What are the different types of meditation you offer?
I am new to sound healing. What’s the difference between Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls in Sound Healing meditation?
Gongs help to reduce stress, liberate emotional blockages, release tension in the body, and stimulate the glandular and nervous system.
Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to open the energy flow and eliminate the toxins from the body. When we relax with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased. The sound with its vibrations can ease mental or emotional pain.
The vibration, sound and harmony from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls moves through you, cleansing negative energy accumulated in your mind and body, and retunes your energy field to a higher frequency. The high frequency vibration awakens your Third Eye Chakra (Pineal Gland) and opens your awareness to access the ultimate stillness within. Physically, it brings about the lightness of being. Mentally, it brings about the calmness of mind, cultivates clarity and focus. You may experience lucid dreaming, astral travel, or enhanced imagination during the session.
