What You’ll Get

What is Kundalini?
The word itself conjures up many imageries, from a coiled snake, to a fountain of energy, to a ball of life-force. It has been explained and defined so many times, giving rise to as many practices around this concept.

Kundalini around the world
Kundalini is closely related to India. It is often depicted as a cobra rising above ones head. In the practice of Shiavism, kundalini represents the female aspect of energy (Shakti). But you may be surprised to know that this concept is not limited to India. In China, it is commonly depicted as Bodhisatyva Quan Yin riding a dragon. And in Egypt, we often see this symbolically represented on the headdress of pharaohs to represent an enlightened, wise and benevolent ruler. In ancient Greece, and later in Roma, we find this reflected by Asclepius, the god of healing, holding a staff with two intertwined snakes, also known as the caduceus.

Experiencing Kundalini
There are many ways one can awaken/experience this energy. From breathwork, to deep meditation, to yoga, to practicing Tantra or abnegation.

OSHO Kundalini Meditation is a complete practice that brings one through activating through to observing what may arise. You are invited to take this journey within, to explore your own relationship with Kundalini in a safe environment.

Note: Participants should not have food for at least an hour before the session. A light black tea and a few slices of fruits is fine. Wear loose comfortable clothing as there will be physical movements

“Energising and liberating experience! Swami Nadam was a peaceful and skilled guide. Different compared to quiet mediation as it requires us to be less shy and truly immerse in the experience, worth it as it is very refreshing at the end! Will come again” ~ Anonymous
