Feminine Heart: Embodied Meditation
Join us for a gentle and nourishing meditative process where we connect to the heart of the feminine essence with openness and gratitude.
The delicate flow of this meditation leads us back into the heart as the source of peace, compassion and devotion where we feel connected with ourselves and the universe around us.
We will be using mindful awareness and gentle movement to soothe the energy around the heart, and to make it more receptive, open and abundant. You may experience that once the heart is open, giving and receiving become spontaneous, balanced and harmonious.
This exploration is soothing and relaxing both for the body and the mind, and is the best gift you can give to yourself if you enjoy your feminine energy or would like to experience a deeper connection with it.
Both first-timers and experienced meditators are welcome to this effortless and easy to follow practice.
Healthy Personal Boundaries: Embodiment Practice

This workshop focuses on an important part of everyone’s personal growth and day-to-day life – our boundaries. While some of us seem to naturally have them in place, for others it is an area requiring some effort and personal work.
If you have noticed that it is difficult for you to say no, to stand your ground, or to respect your own needs and wants, this workshop is for you.
We will be coming together to learn about ourselves, our personal space, our boundaries, and to strengthen them in an experiential way.
Through embodied exercises and mindfulness practice, we will be exploring the qualities of assertiveness, self-awareness, personal power and self-respect.
If you ever wanted to have more of these but didn’t know how, this workshop will equip you with practical tools and techniques to create strong and healthy personal boundaries.
At Home in Your Body: Embodiment Practice
A famous philosopher once said that there is more wisdom in our bodies than in our deepest philosophies. Caught up in activity of the mind, we often forget about this, take our bodies for granted and get disconnected from it.
In this workshop we seek to come back to its mindful presence in the here and now.
Using embodiment and mindfulness exercises, we will be tuning into our physical self to better understand its wisdom and its language. We will be re-building our relationship with the body to once again make it our safe and welcoming home-base.
With mindfulness at its core, this exploration will guide you to a deeper self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-compassion. Aiming to heal any separation between the body and mind, this practice will help you to have a greater sense of balance, harmony and wholeness.
Inner Calm: Embodied Meditation
Creating our own island of peace and calm in the midst of a busy world is what this practice is about. While it is easy to get stressed going through the motions of life, many of us find it difficult to rest and experience the feeling of relaxation.
In this workshop, we will be putting our conscious effort into releasing accumulated stress and activating the rest-and-restore mode that is calming and nourishing for the nervous system, the body, and the mind.
As stress affects the mind and body simultaneously, we will work with both of them in a mindful and embodied way to reclaim the state where our whole system can deeply relax and heal.
What we hope to achieve as a result is emotional balance, improved sleep, increased resilience, harmonious relationships with ourselves and others, and a sense of peace and wellbeing.
As an added bonus, techniques we will use in this workshop are easy to follow and accessible to everyone, irrespective of prior experience. They can be used later on as self-care tools whenever you need them.
