What You’ll Get

If you are looking for ways to release stress and tension from your body to feel more calm and balanced, TRE® is the method to try.
TRE® stands for Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises. An amazing self-help tool, it consists of an innovative series of exercises that work with deep patterns of tension and stress held in the muscles. These patterns are formed when we go through stressful experiences and a large amount of energy, mobilized by the body, gets trapped in the muscles. This often leads to aches and pain, postural problems, menstrual cramps and feeling of exhaustion. Through TRE® we discharge this stressful energy by activating a unique, naturally inbuilt mechanism of shaking or vibration within the body.
Once evoked in a safe environment, these reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing, relaxing the body and calming the nervous system. Helping the body to release excess of stressful energy, TRE® helps to create feelings of relaxation, peace and wellbeing. This is an excellent method to create natural calm and patience, improve sleep, reduce stress, increase energy and vitality.
Both first timers and experienced practitioners are very welcome to join.

Restorative Relaxation

The practice of deep relaxation to soothe the body and mind. We take time to be there for ourselves, to offer ourselves tenderness, love and care.

Cultivating Self-Compassion

Being in touch with ourselves to accept our shortcomings and cultivate compassion for ourselves. The compassion has the capacity to heal us and our relationships. With compassion and understanding, forgiveness can arise.

Embracing Self-Love

To rest, relax and to heal. When we stop and be present with our body, we are able to get in touch with positivity. We feel peaceful and can see things with clarity.
