What You’ll Get

Body Sensing comes from the Tibetan Tantra and Kashmir Non-dual tradition. This is a somatic approach to meditation that uses the body as an entry point for coming to know who we are at the deepest level of our True Nature, our Essence.

This Meditation invites us to truly feel our bodies, and to help us tune in to our body as sensation, so that Pure Awareness moves through us. This is designed to reveal the powerful effect of sensing and feeling versus thinking, uninhibited by conditioned patterns, letting us rise to a greater sense of freedom.
