What You’ll Get

Our resistance to change, the new and the unfamiliar is ever present in the conscious mind. Whilst it serves as a critical survival skill, being overly attached to old patterns and set ways may stop you from living life to the fullest in an authentic vibrant way.

The fourth instalment of the Mini ME Retreat series centres on Letting Go to Flow. The morning begins with an invigorating session of Osho Active Meditations where you are invited to release all your inhibitions to achieve a state of total relaxation. Pick up simple mindful eating practices to let go off compulsive eating behaviours or poor eating habits and learn how you can develop an awareness of your breath and energy flow to discover the true origins of your food cravings.

In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, you will begin to discover that letting go of things that are not serving you frees up valuable energy and resources. When we allow life to flow, we’re truly living in the present, secure in the knowledge that our journey is as individual as we are and that whatever comes next is meant to be.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Tiffany Wee: Restrictive diets are seldom sustainable. Through the more intuitive approach of mindful eating, learn to let go of compulsive eating and work through old eating patterns that are keeping you stuck with digestive upset, internal distrust, unnecessary weight or a poor self-image. Re-establish a joyful and natural relationship with food and maintain weight and overall health.

Swaram: Long sitting hours and an overstimulated mind are a dreadful combination. Osho Active Meditations start from the body to unburden tensions in the mind. You will be guided to a state of complete relaxation using body movements, breathing techniques, gibberish, shaking and activation of energy.

Kathy Gabriels: Learn to connect and transform your breath through simple techniques in the Alchemy of Breath session. Dive deep into the anatomy of breathing and its function to help you feel the positive effects of the practice on both your body and energy flow.  Learn to expand your lung capacity, increase breath efficiency and most importantly, understand the origins of your food cravings.

Tiffany Wee | Naturopath & Founder of Mind Body Shine
Tiffany is a passionate advocate for vibrant, radiant and conscious living and eating! An Australian-trained naturopath specialising in weight-loss, chronic disease and family health, since 2005, Tiffany has practised in world-renowned establishments like Chiva Som Thailand, Conrad Maldives, ESPA at Resorts World Sentosa and Verita Wellness. With a love for mind-body connection, she also practices Reiki and is the only teacher in Asia to offer the University of California San Diego (UCSD)’s Mindful Eating Conscious Living course. She runs regular mindfulness workshops and retreats and is a content creator for the mindfulness app MindFi.

Kathy Gabriel | Yoga Teacher & Founder of Urban Yogis
Kathy is an international yoga teacher currently based in Singapore. Teaching since 2013, her classes draw from many different traditions which weave into an intuitive blend of Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, restorative and massage therapy. She is also a trained sound healer and often incorporates sound therapy and mantra invocation in her classes. Through breath, philosophy and movement, she hopes to help you find what feels good and ultimately cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. Having led over 20 retreats in various locations around Asia since 2016, Kathy enjoys creating and holding space for others to further their personal development and spirituality.

A native born in Italy, Swaram shares a strong love for OSHO Active Meditations® and bringing inspiration for meditation in general to people in their daily lives. Swaram also has a passion for combining meditation with lifestyle interventions to optimise health and wellbeing. A qualified journalist and school teacher, he holds an MA in Philosophy, a Diploma in Gestalt-Counselling and has spent an enviable amount of time in India and Nepal practising different kinds of meditation as well as building a career in Business Development during his time in London.
