What You’ll Get
Have you ever wanted to go beyond your best but had no idea how (and working more hours or becoming aggravated with loved ones is not getting you there)? Do you ever wish you could put your mind on “silent mode” or experience your life once again with the joy, excitement, love and fearlessness of a child?
If so this workshop is for you.
Originally taught only to visionary leaders in their fields, Nathalie is today teaching meditation occasionally to the general public when sponsored by visionary yoga studios.
“My dream is to see a world with an additional 10, 100 or 1000 people in each country who meditate at higher levels and experience a competence in one field of expertise where they go far beyond a previous best. This includes artists, CEOs, doctors, scientists, engineers, diplomats, homemakers and world leaders. “Such an individual and collective journey may be just enough to transform ourselves and our world,” says Ishizuka.
This is a basic foundation series of workshops for people who believe “they just can’t meditate,” but are motivated to go beyond their best.
What you Will Learn and Practice during Each of the Five Class Workshop Series:
- Simple Effective Asanas (10 minutes) to Amplify Any Meditation
- Simple Pranyama (5-10 minutes) to Eliminate blockages in Your Life & Improve Meditation Effectiveness & Energetic Balance
- Simple 20 minute Meditation to Experience Greater Inner Silence
- Effective 10 minute Rest (Shavasana) : Relaxation to go Beyond your Best
- Putting it All Together : Self-Pacing for Success and Joy
- A New Yogic Technique each session to Enhance Inner Silence or Ecstatic joy
Each step builds on the other. You can join at any time and learn the practices in any session, but will be recommended to only practice each step one at a time before adding another level on your own self practice.
The practices taught are based on Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) by Yogani, a method taught to thousands of beginners and practiced by advanced yogis around the globe.
New Topics: We will be introducing new topics which are educational in nature allowing you to learn about the 8 limbs of yoga and understand the full scope of yogic practice that lead to inner silence and ecstatic joy.
Self-Pacing and Responsibility: You can learn each week a new technique and add them when you are ready, but you need not practice daily anything aside from the meditation.
Steady and consistent practice that gradually builds on the main meditation is key.
Class Workshops and Dates: The progression of the topic will generally be in the order mentioned on this list but may also depend on the group. Individual separate sessions may be added or removed to enhance effectiveness or understanding.
