Trauma and Tension Release Exercise (TRE) : Reconnect to your Aliveness

What You’ll Get

Come take a pause to nourish yourself at this 3-hour workshop! It will provide you a chance to learn and experience self-care techniques you can use at home to relax and restore yourself.

One of the techniques we will learn is Tension Release Exercise (TRE®), and our time together will provide you with a deeper understanding and experience of this practice, whether you have tried it before or are new to it.

TRE draws on our body’s innate intelligence to help us discharge stored tension, so we can enjoy a greater flow of energy in our everyday.

In our time together, through both theory and experience, we will:

* learn simple, effective self-care techniques you can take home to support yourself with
* learn about the what, why and how of TRE
* engage in inner sensing practices
* practise TRE

Come take this afternoon to pause, learn about your weird and wonderful body, and leave empowered to support yourself with a home practice.
