What You’ll Get
Mindful Qigong is direct, easy and complement many other approaches. This practical tool brings the mind to the present moment awareness while calming the body. It covers 3 components.
- Mental exercise: Our foundation grounded upon years of personal experiences.
- Physical stretch. To explore the more subtle levels of our bodies.
- Qigong developed by an Indian Yogi. Sustaining awareness through building vital energy follow in a relaxed manner.
Comprise of twelve steps. Beginner level will learns the first to sixth steps, focusing mainly on the upper half of the body: arm, neck shoulder, waist and downward breathing.
Intermediate level will learn seventh to twelfth steps which focus on waist, lower back and downward breathing.
