What You’ll Get

In this morning journey through the five elements of EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR and SPACE, we use free movement, yoga poses and mudras with intention to invite qualities of all five elements into our body and being.

These five elements are present within us and in all of nature. It is telling that the five elements underpin the Chinese, Japanese and Indian traditional medicine systems – helping the body to connect with and harmonise the elements, can support our healing!

While we might each have a preference for a particular element in our expression, by reconnecting with other elements we are less connected to in our daily lives, we build our range of expression. For those of us who are fiery by nature and love action, exploring the body’s unique expression of a slower more restful quality can provide a counterpoint. For those of us who tend to feel spacey, connecting with our inner grounding can help us feel more present. Whatever your dominant expression, come explore the other aspects of yourself in this movement journey through the elements.
