Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and non-invasive process of synchronising the subtle yet powerful flow of the cerebrospinal fluids between the cranium and sacrum; the dura mater and the balancing of the nervous system .
This is a re-alignment and there is no manipulation of the body. It is an intention to activate the body to heal itself and restore its balance.
You will feel a sense of euphoria of centred-ness, calm, tension softened and your body and spirit becomes whole and connected.
Our fast lifestyles may be prone to and create more stress and we often suffer from chronic neck tightness, spasms. LymphDrainage Therapy was developed by Dr Bruno Chickly, is a gentle and non-invasive technique that works through the body’s interstitial and lymphatic system to activate the body liquid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Physiotherapy sessions are ideal for assessing and diagnosing physical ailments such as chronic neck or back pain, shoulder impingement, sciatica, muscle strains and joint sprains. You can expect to receive a thorough assessment of your condition and be given a detailed explanation of what is the cause of your issue and how it can be resolved. Treatment can consist of soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, ergonomic advice, stretches and/or simple exercises.

Rebecca works uniquely with each client to facilitate both their immediate needs & long term goals. She draws from a variety of movement traditions, including yoga & Pilates to encourage communication between the mind and body. Her meditation sessions are deeply intuitive, allowing for personal exploration & discovery, as well as lasting relief from stress. Third-Eye Light Meditation with the Ajna light further deepen the experience. BodyTalk is a safe and non-invasive energy healing method, which draws on the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It’s based on a principle that in a healthy body every part is in constant communication with every other part. The common stresses of life tend to break down this communication, causing illness and injury. BodyTalk helps to restore the natural balanced communication in the body, which can then heal itself.
During a BodyTalk session we communicate with the body using muscle testing. In this process the body reveals its healing priorities. After that we use tapping to re-establish a smooth communication flow within the bodymind.
