What You’ll Get

Sexuality can be one of the most intimate expressions of being human. It can bring pleasure, connection and aliveness, while also touching vulnerability, conditioning, self-consciousness, shame, expectation and the desire to be accepted or desired.

Tantric Sacred Sexuality is a private experiential exploration of sexuality through the body, pleasure, sexual energy, awareness and presence. Rather than approaching sex primarily through performance, technique or the pursuit of orgasm, Tantra invites us to become more intimate with sensation, desire, arousal, pleasure, breath and the quality of presence we bring to ourselves and another.

The training explores both the inner experience of sexuality and practical Tantric approaches to sexual intimacy. Through Tantric meditation, embodied awareness, breath, somatic inquiry and energy practices, we explore what allows us to soften and open, what causes us to contract or disconnect, and how we can become more sensitive to the body’s desires, boundaries, pleasure and natural rhythms.

We also explore how Tantric principles can be brought into sexual intimacy through slow sex, conscious arousal, sexual energy circulation, whole body pleasure and Tantric approaches to orgasm. For women and men, this can include exploring different expressions of arousal and orgasmic potential; for men, the relationship between erection, arousal, orgasm and ejaculation; and for couples, how pleasure, energy and presence can become a more conscious shared experience.

Sexual energy is explored not only through sexual activity, but as part of our wider vitality, creativity, sensuality and aliveness. Pleasure becomes something we can receive, expand and inhabit rather than something we have to perform or achieve.

The deeper invitation is not simply to have a different sexual experience, but to discover what sexuality can become when body, pleasure, energy, heart and awareness meet.

Part I: Sexuality & Conditioning
We begin by exploring the beliefs, messages and experiences that have shaped your relationship with sexuality, desire, pleasure and the body. Rather than judging what we find, we become curious about what feels natural, what has become guarded or inhibited, and ask: What have I learned about who I am allowed to be sexually?

Part II: The Embodied Yes & No
We turn towards the body’s own intelligence, exploring sensation, desire, boundaries and the capacity to recognise what genuinely feels wanted or unwanted. As we learn to listen beneath expectation or performance, the inquiry becomes: Can I hear what my body is actually saying?

Part III: Slow Sex, Desire & Conscious Arousal
We explore slow sex and conscious arousal as ways of deepening sensation, anticipation and pleasure without rushing towards orgasm or a particular outcome. Through breath and embodied awareness, we become more able to receive, soften and remain present, asking: What becomes possible when there is nowhere I need to get to?

Part IV: Sexual Energy & Whole Body Pleasure
Sexual energy is explored as part of our wider life energy, moving through sensation, desire, creativity, vitality and erotic aliveness. Through breath, awareness and energy circulation, we explore how pleasure may expand beyond genital focus into a more whole body experience, asking: What happens when sexual energy is allowed to move through the body with greater awareness?

Part V: The Art of Tantric Orgasm
We explore orgasm beyond a single peak or release, introducing Tantric principles associated with whole body pleasure, energetic orgasmic experience and multi orgasmic potential in women and men. For men, this can include exploring erection, arousal, ejaculation and the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation, while the underlying inquiry remains: Can pleasure deepen and expand when orgasm is no longer something I have to achieve?

Part VI: Sacred Intimacy & Sexuality as Meditation
The final exploration brings body, pleasure, sexual energy, heart and awareness together, exploring how sexuality can become a meeting rather than a performance. For couples, this can include principles of shared sexual energy and the Multi Orgasmic Couple, while the deeper inquiry becomes: What becomes possible when sexuality is approached as presence rather than performance?

The Deeper Invitation
Sacred sexuality is not about becoming more sexually skilled, achieving extraordinary states or performing Tantra “correctly.” The practical teachings are invitations to explore the body more deeply, not standards of sexual performance.

As expectation softens, we can become more conscious of how we inhabit our sexuality and more present to sensation, desire, pleasure, boundaries, vulnerability and connection. Sexuality can become a place of deeper listening and aliveness, where body, pleasure, energy, heart and awareness are brought together.

The invitation is not simply to experience more, but to become more present to what we experience.

What you may discover
Through this private experiential immersion, you will be invited to:

  • Explore the beliefs, experiences and conditioning that shape your relationship with sexuality, desire and pleasure
  • Develop greater embodied awareness of sensation, arousal, openness and contraction
  • Recognise the body’s yes and no, desires, boundaries and natural sexual rhythms
  • Explore receiving pleasure without performance, pressure or the need to achieve a particular outcome
  • Understand sexual energy as life force, connected with vitality, creativity, sensuality and aliveness
  • Explore slow sex and conscious arousal, allowing pleasure and sensation to deepen without rushing towards climax
  • Learn principles of sexual energy circulation, expanding sensation and pleasure beyond a purely genital experience
  • Explore whole body pleasure and energetic orgasmic experience through breath, sensation and awareness
  • Explore the Art of Tantric Orgasm, expanding our understanding of orgasm beyond a single peak or release
  • Explore the principles of the Multi Orgasmic Woman, including sensitivity, arousal, receiving and different expressions of orgasmic experience
  • Explore the principles of the Multi Orgasmic Man, including erection, arousal, orgasm, ejaculation and the Tantric exploration of orgasm without automatic ejaculation
  • For couples, explore the Multi Orgasmic Couple, bringing together pleasure, sexual energy, presence and connection as a shared experience
  • Explore male sexual vitality, including the relationship between relaxation, presence, arousal, erection and performance pressure
  • Develop greater awareness and communication around desire, pleasure, boundaries and consent
  • Experience sexuality as meditation, bringing body, breath, pleasure, energy, heart and awareness into intimate experience

Who is this for?
This training may resonate if you wish to develop a more conscious and embodied relationship with sexuality, desire and pleasure, or if you experience self-consciousness, inhibition, performance pressure, difficulty receiving pleasure, disconnection from desire or uncertainty around expressing your wants and boundaries.

It may also appeal if you are curious about the practical dimensions of Tantra, including slow sex, conscious arousal, sexual energy, whole body pleasure, Tantric orgasm and multi orgasmic potential, and would like to explore these without making performance or achievement the measure of your sexual experience.

For men, the training can offer a different way of understanding arousal, erection, ejaculation, orgasm and sexual vitality. For women, it can open exploration of receiving, sensitivity, arousal, pleasure and different expressions of orgasmic potential. For couples, it offers an opportunity to explore how sexual energy, pleasure and presence can be experienced together with greater awareness and connection.

No previous experience with Tantra is required. You may attend individually whether you are single or partnered, or attend together as a couple.

All practices are guided within clear boundaries and consent. There is no nudity or sexual interaction with the facilitator.

About Christina
Christina Nikolovski is the founder of SPACE2B, and TANTRAPATH in Singapore. She is an embodied awareness teacher, tantra meditation guide, and sound practitioner whose work brings together presence, somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and contemplative wisdom traditions.

With more than twenty-two years devoted to the exploration of consciousness, embodiment, and the deeper nature of human experience, Christina’s work supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional maturity, and discovering a more authentic way of relating to life and to one another.

Her approach is both deeply experiential and quietly transformative. Drawing from tantra, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and relational awareness practices, Christina creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply to their inner world, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of the body.

Through her teachings, private sessions, and trainings, she gently guides people to recognise unconscious patterns, soften protective defenses, and rediscover the stillness and awareness beneath the activity of the mind. From this space of presence, healing, intimacy, and meaningful transformation begin to unfold naturally.

As the founder of SPACE2B, Christina has envisioned and created a sanctuary dedicated to inner awareness, nervous system wellbeing, and conscious human connection in the heart of Singapore. Her work bridges ancient contemplative wisdom with modern understanding of embodiment, emotional wellbeing, and relational intelligence.

At the heart of her teaching is a simple yet profound understanding: that true transformation does not come from striving to become someone else, but from returning to the deeper truth of who we already are.

Over the years, Christina has studied extensively across contemplative and spiritual traditions including non-dual philosophy, Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Yoga, Taoist practices, somatic awareness, and Buddhist meditation. Her path has been shaped by teachers and lineages that emphasise direct experience, embodied awareness, and the integration of presence into everyday life.

Today, her work continues to support individuals and couples internationally through workshops, trainings, retreats, and private sessions exploring themes of self-awareness, conscious relationships, embodied intimacy, and awakening to our true nature.

At the heart of everything she shares is a quiet invitation: to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the presence, love, and wholeness that have always been here.

“We are indeed blessed to have Christina with us for a few days. Not only is she knowledgeable about the ways to rebuild love and intimacy for couples, she has demonstrated a keen interest to deep dive into each couple’s individual issue and help to resolve them, constantly adjusting her approach and teachings. She selflessly shared her learning and life experiences, and has made a lot of progress with us. Alice and I are very grateful and look forward to more time with Christina” ~ Andy & Alice, Shanghai
