What You’ll Get

A complete pathway into facilitation and teaching, designed for those ready to guide others with greater structure and confidence. Through this training, you develop the ability to lead cohesive meditation sessions, hold individuals and small groups with steadiness, and step into teaching within a supported and guided environment.

Why This Training

In a fast-paced and overstimulated world, many people are seeking ways to find clarity, stability, and rest. Meditation offers a direct and accessible pathway, yet guiding others requires more than personal practice alone.

This training supports you in deepening your own relationship with awareness while developing the skills to guide others with sensitivity, clarity, and presence. It bridges understanding with lived experience, and practice with facilitation, so that what you offer is grounded, responsive, and real.

What You Will Experience

Across the 50 hours, the training unfolds as a gradual and integrated progression.

You deepen your own meditation practice while gaining a clear understanding of awareness, attention, and the nature of mind. Awareness begins to extend into the body, supporting greater sensitivity to sensation, emotion, and the nervous system.

You explore how meditation moves beyond the individual into relationship, learning to listen, attune, and hold space within a group setting. From here, you are guided into facilitation, where structure, pacing, and language begin to take form through direct experience.

Supported by mentored practice, you step into observing, assisting, and guiding, allowing confidence to develop naturally over time. What emerges is not only the ability to lead sessions, but a more grounded and present way of being while doing so.

Training Structure

Contact Hours (28 hours)

The core of the training is held through immersive sessions that integrate teaching, guided practice, and shared exploration.

Understanding is grounded in direct experience, allowing meditation to move beyond concept into lived awareness.

This includes:

  • Teaching sessions introducing key principles and frameworks
  • Guided practices across different meditation approaches
  • Group work and relational exploration
  • Technique and theory, held within an experiential context
Training Modules
Foundations of Meditation Training (4 Hours)

An introduction to meditation through the simplicity of awareness. This training explores the nature of attention, awareness, and the mind, offering a grounded entry into meditation as a lived experience rather than a technique to master. Attention begins with simple anchors such as the breath and body, gradually refining into a steadier and more continuous presence.Through focused attention and open awareness, you begin to recognise the movement of thought without becoming entangled in it. What once felt constant begins to soften, revealing moments of space, clarity, and ease.As effort recedes, meditation shifts from something you do to something you allow. A natural steadiness begins to emerge, accompanied by a quiet sense of clarity and presence.

Clarity and Emotional Regulation Meditation Training (4 Hours)

Developing clarity of mind and a steady relationship with emotional experience. This training focuses on understanding thoughts and emotions through awareness. Rather than trying to control or suppress them, you learn to meet them with openness and sensitivity.Through gentle observation, patterns of reactivity begin to reveal themselves. Thoughts are seen more clearly, and emotions are felt within the body rather than resisted or analysed. As space is created, reactivity begins to soften. A more balanced and responsive way of relating to experience emerges, allowing clarity and emotional steadiness to develop together.

Ease and Thought Awareness Meditation Training (4 Hours)

A softer relationship to thinking, allowing the mind to settle in its own way. This training explores meditation for those who find the mind busy or difficult to quiet. Instead of trying to stop thoughts, you learn to sit with them with steadiness and ease.Through awareness-based practices, thoughts are allowed to arise and pass without resistance or engagement. The need to manage or control begins to dissolve. As effort softens, the mind naturally finds a quieter rhythm. Meditation becomes less about doing and more about allowing, revealing a sense of space and ease within experience.

Somatic and Stability Meditation Training (4 Hours)

Grounding awareness in the body, supporting resilience and inner steadiness. This training focuses on anchoring attention in the body and breath, creating a felt sense of stability and support. Awareness begins to settle into sensation, allowing the body to become a reliable point of return.Through somatic awareness and gentle nervous system regulation, internal states become more recognisable and easier to hold. Attention becomes less scattered, and a more consistent presence develops.Over time, this builds a quiet resilience, where experience can be met with steadiness even in moments of challenge or change.

Non-Dual Meditation Training (4 Hours)

A return to awareness as the ground of being. This training introduces meditation beyond technique, inviting a direct recognition of awareness itself. Attention gently shifts from objects of experience to the space in which experience arises. As this deepens, the sense of separation begins to soften. There is less effort to observe, and more resting as awareness.Meditation becomes a natural state rather than something to maintain. What remains is a quiet sense of openness, clarity, and completeness, where presence is not created, but recognised.

Mentored Practice & Teaching (12 hours)

A supported transition from practitioner to facilitator.

You observe, assist, and begin to guide within real environments, allowing learning to take form through experience.

This may include:

  • Observing SPACE2B classes
  • Assisting sessions
  • Guiding short segments
  • Receiving feedback and refinement

Through this process, confidence develops naturally, alongside a deeper understanding of how to hold space.

Non-Contact Hours (20 hours)

A self-led component that supports integration beyond the training space.

Meditation becomes part of daily life, rather than something separate from it.

This includes:

  • Daily meditation practice
  • Reflection and journaling
  • Integration exercises bringing awareness into everyday experience

Who This Is For

  • Individuals seeking depth in their meditation practice
  • Practitioners expanding into facilitation or teaching
  • Those drawn to awareness, embodiment, and contemplative work

No prior experience is required.
Only sincerity and willingness to explore.
